Why this block
3rd has the rare LA combination of foot traffic, parking, and a small-business density that hasn't been flattened by chains. The clients who live and work here have shaped the kind of shops that survive on the block — slower, sharper, more considered.
How SIR fits
We opened here on purpose. The room, the pace, and the clientele all matched what we wanted to build. Most of the regulars on the block are now regulars in the chair.
